First on today’s docket is Camilla Björkqvist who is the Chief Data Officer for Global HR at ING Bank. Camilla will take the crowd through her organization’s Workday implementation, global data management, and HR analytics interface. She will also discuss ING’s results from their HR Data Maturity Assessments and what their global HR priorities will be in 2017.
Hans Ubbe Ebbesen, Global Director of Employer Branding & Digital Acceleration, Corporate Talent Acquisition at Novo Nordisk, will be presenting key learnings and challenges from Novo Nordisk’s work with employer branding, which has contributed to the company’s position as a prestigious, world-leading pharmaceutical company. The talk will also show how digital and data are changing the game in strategic employer branding. Hans will use Novo Nordisk’s experience in storytelling to describe how companies can begin to connect and navigate in the digitalized world.
Global Learning & Development Director at American Express Global Business Travel, Robin Fenner is taking the stage to describe his experience in developing a learning strategy at American Express GBT, creating a new learning vision for their over 15,000 employees around the world. He’ll take the audience step by step through the process of how to restart a company’s L&D strategy and grow it to cover a global enterprise.
Next in our profile lineup is Raj Samani, Chief Technology Officer of EMEA at Intel Security. His session will discuss how employees may fall for scams that can put corporate information in danger of being collected by third parties. His interesting talk on security will also examine the psychological techniques that are used to steal valuable information and offer some solutions that your organization can put in place to protect these assets.
Monika Garg, Maersk Oil’s Global Head of Mobility, joins our lineup to explore how payroll can become more efficient for employees who are cross-border though an integrated payment process. Taking away the often complex systems in order to streamline the process enables companies to avoid the pitfalls that exist between home and host payrolls.
