We are just a few days away from Europe’s most exciting two-day conference & expo on the Future of Work, HR Tech Europe – London 2015. Having outgrown all previous venues, the event will take place at ExCeL London on the 24th-25th of March. In only one year HR Tech Europe London has exploded from a one-day Spring Warm-Up with 500 attendees and 25 exhibitors, to a show with over 1,000 participants and an expo area populated with 50 stands – both large and small. If you’re attending, and who isn’t!, make sure you get the most out of these two days, below is a list of recommendations on who, what, when and how.
Mobile app. Not only can you reserve your seat at a specific session using the official mobile app for the event, you can also connect with the participants, schedule meetings, share photos and find directions to any stand or session.
Increase visibility at the event. If you are a sponsor and want to further spread the word about the unique solutions or new services that you offer, make sure to get in touch and schedule a meeting with the members of the Press. We have invited over 50 journalists, bloggers, industry experts and analysts whose areas of expertise cover everything from HR Technology to Employee Engagement to Learning & Development.
Sponsored parties and networking events. HR Tech Europe is not a 9 to 5 kind of an event. Networking begins the day before and ends days, if not weeks, after the event with follow-ups, meetings with new business partners and plans to meet at the next event. Be on the look-out for parties and networking events organised by our sponsors. For example, HR Cloud is hosting a Launch party the evening of Day 1.
Social media. Thousands of tweets will go out during the event reaching over some 3 million people globally. Make sure to join in, share your thoughts on presentations, networking and the exhibition. While over 1,000 participants at the event, you have a chance to bring the event to life to thousands of your peers who are not present. Follow #HRTechEurope for live updates on everything happening at the event.
Testimonials and feedback. We are eager to hear from you before, during and after the event. Is there anything in particular you liked about it? Do you think we could do better in other areas? Is there a speaker you would love to hear from at the next event? We want to know it all. It is you, the attendee, that we’d like to hear from so drop a message to your contact at HRN Europe – whether you are a sponsor, speaker, delegate or member of the press – with suggestions, testimonials and referrals.
Light rain is expected next week in London. We will try to do something about it! #SeeYouInLondon
