We are excited to announce that the 2013 Awards will take place on 23 October at The Okura Hotel, Amsterdam.  Taking place in the late afternoon the competition will feature 5 shortlisted competitors, the announcement of the winner will mark the official kick-off to the festivities at HR Tech Europe 2013 with a Welcome Party!

The company CEO’s of each of the finalists will fight it out on stage, having only 10 minutes each. 5 minutes to excite and convince our tough judging panel and audience that their product or solution offering really is the best new HR Innovation this year. 5 minutes of Question Time to answer the probing and hard hitting questions from our expert judges.

The 2013 iHR Competition continues to evolve based on recommendations and experience. This year we bring more depth of focus to the judging panel with a panel that includes Investors, Product Development Experts, and CHRO/Executives of large market enterprises.

ihr (1)Jerome Ternynck will host the iHR Awards – Founder & CEO of SmartRecruiters and a successful entrepreneur,  Jerome will be supported by a panel judges that also includes:

Thomas Otter, Vice President of Product Management at SuccessFactors and until recently the leading Europe based analyst on HR Technology solutions at Gartner.

Philippe Botteri, Partner at leading venture capital investment firm Accel Partners; Philippe has over 15 years experience of the technology sector and was instrumental in leading the financing of Cornerstone OnDemand while working at Silicon Valley investment firm Bessemer Ventures.

Gretchen Alarcon, Vice President of Product Development at Oracle.  Gretchen leads the strategy team responsible for HCM applications and has 15+ years experience as an executive leader in Silicon Valley technology companies working in HR, product development and customer relationship building.

Aside from the considerable publicity and prestige of winning the competition this year’s winner will also gain a prized sponsorship package to the Value of €10,000 to use in  2014 at one of the Pan European HR Network events!
